Do you eat dairy in your diet, or have you excluded it?
Have you switched to organic?

According to Dr Susan Lark, cow's milk and cow's cheese, butter, yoghurt can worsen your fibroids.
These foods are also high in calcium.
If you have cut-out dairy, what are you eating instead to ensure you get adequate calcium?
I have cut out cheese and yoghurt, i never ate butter. However i have milk daily with my cereal. I switched to organic milk this week. But after reading about cow's milk being a no no, im thinking maybe i should use organic oatmilk instead.
Any suggestions?

I think the dairy waring is associated with the estrogen that can be present in it. I do have pot set natural yoghurt for the good bugs it provides a few times a week and i have recently switched to goats milk to have on my cereal. It isn't organic, it's only the UHT style unfortunately but i think that i have had less stomach issues since switching.

I have eliminated dairy completely. The byproducts of breakdown cause acidity, which pulls calcium out of your bones. The countries with the least amount of osteoporosis are ones that eat VERY little dairy. However, the byproduct of calcium breakdown in greens is alkaline, which encourages calcium deposition in your bones. If you guys have time, start reading about biochemistry and physiology, it is fascinating!
