Do you use fats and oils in your cooking or have you cut back? Do you use margarine on bread?
Feel free to discuss here fats and oils in your diet, and what impact you think it may be having in your fibroids/women's health issues.

I cook our food without oil and have been telling my family to do the same since we sometimes suffer from reflux/gerd.(Obviously when an oil is heated at it's smoke point+, then it's not good anymore)They thought before I was a kind of weird but I found a website World's Healthiest Food and very happy that not only me doing the same cooking method. here's the link www.whfoods.com I am using Extra Virgin Olive oil for salad dressings with lemons, or balsamic vinegar(avoiding those fatty salad dressings with loads of preservatives) The only time I will add olive oil is upon serving so in this way the nutrients are still preserved. Sometimes I even use it as an alternative to butter when I eat bread. Now I started to learn how to bake and if the recipe calls for an oil/butter, I use Avocado oil(high smoke point) and a bit of butter but NO margarine. If my husband requests to add oil when I roast our meat I also use avocado oil. Based on my experience, I think I should cut back on butter since I've been liking it after I avoided it 2 yrs. ago.
